Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
If you see that the link and meta tags in the head of page do output the file that referred to the number specified in the tag you will have specified Site Icon demonstrating Site Icon Extended plugin.
To access the XML and to allow the server to access it some rewrite rules are necessary.
Please browse to Settings > Permalinks page in the WordPress admin and just hit Save without changing anything to flush the rewrite rules...
The ability to upload SVG subject is required to use Pinned Tab Icon for Safari.
If you don't service about that feature or you only want to disallow SVG uploads you can define constant with WPSIE PREVENT SVG UPLOAD and set it to true...
