Upload socialmyblog-media folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Go to Settings => Social My Blog Settings and input information.
Place Social My Blog widget in the need widget area.
With this widget you simple choose which social buttons to display on site enter your username for each of the sites and the widget will only show buttons for site you have terms on.....
