Sort My Sites lets you shift the ordering of My Sites menu on the roof and in the admin bar..
Keep the page at the top of the list...
Install Sort My Sites either via WordPress. org plugin directory or by uploading the files to your server..
Activate the plugin through Network Plugins in WordPress.
Look at your my sites page or menu they will now be in order you can change international options from Network -> Settings menu users can change their settings from the screen options menu on My Sites page...
