Set the application Enable Soundy Playlist to Yes in the General of Soundy Audio Playlist meta box..
Set the Autoplay to Yes in Play Options of Soundy Audio Playlist meta box..
After update of Soundy Audio Playlist plugin you clear the cache of server for the Settings > Soundy Audio Playlist page and Edit Post and Edit Page pages.
Piotr Zeitsev. the fact that i cannot disable arrow key navigation really got to me i usually use arrow keys to scroll on page and more of the people i know do as well and the fact that i cannot disable it on this plugin got to real bad....
