The developer of the plugin was Ryan Hellyer but many others have submit code to this project and are now listed as co-authors of the plugin.....
In the backend no annoying ads from the author's side so this is MUST-HAVE for me..

Providing notice to let the admin know that CAPTCHA system is not working.
Fixed bug in the data checking that I think will have cleared the content of bbPress posts for logged in users.
Added try catch to JS to insure it doesn't fail.
Added requirement for jQuery due to bug with code established in 1.2.2..
