The last straw was the latest update conflicts with WP core, and some features and menus disappeared, such as the quick edit option when viewing posts list.
This from plugin that is PAID plugin, and is supposed to be 100% verified compatible with my version of WordPress.
The year is almost done and by next fall we will have replaced this clunker with something far more up to date and functional...
It's very old school type application, something that is not very well thought out in the sense of the users experience.
Don't get me wrong, the plugin does the job, sort of, but compared with plugins on the market, this is about 5 years behind the the modern era..
The dynamic workings of the plugin are not there, so if you are developer looking for fast means of adding staff profiles, this may not suit...
Besides that I like the plugin, the customer service is second to none, in my opinion.
At first I was not convinced because of the few reviews, but the showcase on the developer's website is good enough to convince me.
I will recommend the Pro version and it's very low cost I don't know why anyone will settle for the version.
