Files are renamed with the extension if they come from CDN..
All links created relative they won't deflect to the page to the other static files..

Will this plugin work only Windows..
This plugin has been tested and works only with Linux or Unix but by all means give it go with wget for Windows https eternallybored. org misc wget and see what happens..
