Sticky Posts is WordPress feature only for posts with this plugin you can use this feature also with custom post types..
Upload 'sticky-posts-switch to the wp-content plugins directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress..
Sticky Post. in the post admin screen....

I was looking for way director will stick post in included spot in the page and locate this tool to do it flawlessly.
It's easier than stick post in the edit post screen or fast edit you just have to tick it once.

Hide the sticky post hill at the post trash page..
Update the post states soon unsticky post.
