Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress...
Go to the customizer, click Save skin button, type in the name for your skin then click Save skin besides the text field...
Go to the customizer, click View skin button, then click on the skin you want to apply, confirm your action...
Can I create skins on one site apply on another..
Yeah after creating skins you want to use, head over to Appearance > Storefront Pro Skins admin area to export skins, then import on target site and apply...
