We installed this plugin on Beta in-development page.
After importing list we batch-imported blog posts from their site.
And without any warning or indication the plugin began MASSIVE run of sending email notifications of blog post published to the phone list..
We this about half-way from and did everything we could to stop the emails from coming automatically disabled email sending and DEACTIVATED THE PLUGIN.
In fact they were able to confirm from that though allowing page sending at the server level.
This was disaster for customer and I felt paralyzed and bold not able to make it stop..
Our described the power with Subscribe2 as a. material impossibility. that the plugin could keep sending mail when all of these safeguards were put in place allowing mail sending deactivating the plugin etc..
We will be syndicating email Mail Chimp or Active Campaign moving forward and I advise someone to do the same......
