It works by copying handful of template issues to directory.
The templates based on bbPress TwentyTen theme. modified appropriately to match Suffusion's markup..
You need the following to use bbPress 2.0 or higher. Suffusion 4.0.0 or high.
Using theme is strongly recommended to avoid accidentally wiping introduction clean during theme upgrade...
You can install the plugin through WordPress installer under Plugins → Add New by searching for it. or by uploading the file downloaded from here.
Alternatively you can download the file from here unzip it and move the unzipped. contents to the wp-content plugins folder of WordPress installation.
Click on that and the appropriate issues will be distributed to folder.
Since the plugin dollars files to folder you soon be left with. broken bbPress files on site.
Using theme insures that if you upgrade Suffusion theme issues will. remain untouched...
