Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
This is to prevent the cropping of images and to make sure the images fit within the specified height...
Control the height of the slider, in pixels..
This will display the cover carousel slider for books and stories, ordered by title and sorted ascending, with seven second delay per slide, and the slider will be 400 pixels high...
I wanted to present cover images along with publication basics from the slider itself, rather than forcing viewers to click through to the details page.
The bibliography generated by the plugin, separate shortcode from the slider, allows me to maintain my publication history in the plugin.
And as new publications come in, I get to decide which publications to highlight in the slider.
As well as managing the presentation of my bibliography, I already have plans to add the slider to my podcast page and replace the slider currently in use on my homepage...
