Can be used as widget placed something in template issue using superSubpages or inserting the shortcode on any page and custom badges can be used using the books super-subpages...
Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress..
Use the newly created Super Subpages Options link in the navigation to configure the plugin....
