This plugin was pulled from Plugin Premium Package Manager for WP Networks Ron Rennick..
Main Site settings page for the whole network... Sub-Site settings page will depress only that sub-site.....
Extract super-admin-menu-manager. zip to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress Network Admin...
Go to Admin-> Tools-> Manage Menus and changed the menu number you wish to hide.....

If you wish to subtract site from hiding menu number on that site then log from that subsite as Super Admin and go to Admin-> Tools-> Manage Menus and changed the.
It's hard to find the settings they're hidden under. tools. on the page of the page but apart from that it's great..
It'd be even good if it was possible to rearrange the menu number but there's another plugin.
