CTA box plugin will allow the user to add unlimited cta contents with champion text and buttons.
All you need to do is to create add CTA box from admin menu then place the shortcode anywhere to display it anywhere..

Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins folder.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress.
Use Settings->Switch CTA Box screen to configure the plugin.
You can find menu known called CTA BOX you can add and get the. shortcode from there......
