Obs For also the interface seems only in page not in dashboard...
Go to the Plugins menu and double-click Add New..
Click 'Install Now to Switch User plugin..
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory or the.zip issue in Plugins menu..
The interface to switch users will appear patched on right of your website...
