The plugin permits executive to subscribe unsubscribe WordPress users to MailChimp by checkbox on WordPress user settings page.

In Synchro Mailchimp settings page you will for role your lists and interests as defined in MailChimp.
To actually subscribe user go in WordPress user settings page choose the scroll down and select the Synchro MailChimp checkbox.
