When this plugin is active and the option enabled, it checks for user.
If the visitor is not logged in, then the user is redirected to another site as defined in the option or will display page with message as entered on from the settings.
Sites with this plugin active must access the site with sitename wp-admin and log in..
The active inactive switch allows temporary disabling of the plugin..
Upload the plugin to the wp-content plugins directory and unzip it..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress..
Set the redirect page in the settings tab...
Or if you developing site and want to refer visitors to another site until this is complete...
