Upload 'taxonomy-switcher to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Navigate to 'Taxonomy Switcher admin page.
You'll find the menu item under 'Tools menu item on the left..
OR b ) Add list of term ids to switch..
Perfect for times when you don't have access to the database or just want to change lot of taxonomies...
