Never get impressed with creating subject themes then using Template Debugger you can generate theme based on of the subject themes and Template Debugger does all the arms work.
Just fill out the input fields and Template Debugger will create the directory add in the style. css and functions. php.
Navigate to the front end of page you'll see new to the gallery showing you the template and included files...
Upload the plugin to the wp-content plugins directory.
If you want to show the plugins and or subtract many plugins from showing in this dropdown go to WP Dashboard Settings > Template Debugger..
They can see the name of the template in the gallery but they cannot double-click the link into the director unless you have given them capabilities....
