You can set the image to link to URL of your choice or make it pop-up in lightbox..
The widget uses WordPress built manager to provide you with interface for image upload selection..
You can select the image size from the available drop-down menu which lists all WordPress default image sizes...
Go to Appearance -> Widgets or Customize -> Widgets.
Drag The Image Widget into the sidebar of your choice..
Set the title, URL and select image from your media library..
Upload the folder 'ci-image-widget into the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins WordPress.
