The Tweet Button – Simple Sharing

After installing and activating the plugin, add tweet button shortcode to the editor for post or page..

Set the hashtags to include in the tweet.
Set the URL of the tweet.
Attribute the tweet to user with the via attribute..
Hover over the Plugins in the sidebar and click Add New.
Click Upload Plugin Button at the top of the page.
Unzip that file and upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Go to yoursite com wp-admin plugins php, find Tweet Button and click on Activate Plugin Link...
