This plugin used for show History as in form.
Use shortcode to show output on your wordpress page, post etc..
Show your history as in horizontal form by just put shortcode...
Upload myplug folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
I have been using this plugin for our site for some months now.
