I could not find simple plugin that recommend me to wrap number of text on shortcode that will enable me to publish link to guitar the quote.
You can set Twitter like to always include it in Tweet and optionally use Bit.ly API to shorten URL..
If you do not use Bit.ly the plugin to Twitter to shorten the link..

This reduces the opportunity that Bit.ly API rate limit is exceeded.
