Please note that since Twitter API requires authentication you will need to create Twitter application to get consumer key and secret.
You can install the plugin automatically by going to the plugins section WordPress and clicking Add New.
Twitter User Timelines in the bar and install the plugin by clicking Install Now button..
To install the plugin you'll need to download the plugin to your computer and upload it to your server via FTP or another method.

Head on over to Twitter Apps website and log in with your Twitter account..
