Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress.
Use the Settings-> UCF Header Bar screen to configure the plugin if site's max-width is small than 1200px....
Where will UCF Header Bar be added..
UCF Header Bar should be visible at the top of page right after the first tag...
For sites with small than 1200px please go to the plugin settings locate Settings-> UCF Header Bar and recheck the box...
To utilize simple make sure your sites If theme has header please test its configuration demonstrating UCF Header Bar plugin.....
