Upload the whole contents of the folder uber-recaptcha to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Select where you'd want the reCaptcha form to be rendered login, register or comment form.
As side note, would it be possible to get integration for ReCaptche widget so I can add this same encryption to Contact Forms...
