Only those who have the link of the post can view it just like any normal post on the site..
The Post could still be seen by anyone, but only if they guess the link..
The plugin updates MySQL query WP Query class of WordPress to leave out the posts.
As this modifies WP Query, this also works very well with all the plugins.
If any plugin is using this flag when querying the posts then the unlisted post will not be in that plugin's output..

Assume this is part of the limitations as listed above, but would love to see the plugin become smarter with interaction of other plugins that expose the hierarchy such as visual sitemap builders like Page List.
Could it also be that anything running shortcode for page post listings would also expose the pages posts being hidden by Unlist Posts & Pages..
