Makes Upload Files active than Media Library Tab when adding subject or system to page or post.
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress...
Without the plugin you will be able to drag new issue to upload it even if Media Library tab is inaugurate.
This plugin just makes easy for someone who has not discovered that this is the case...
The plugin does work on the sites it has been tested on.
If it is not working for you please ask for help on the plugin's support forum but please don't embarass yourself leaving poor review not after asking for help...
