Shortcodes can be yanked using 'Add User Shortcode button on TinyMCE editor..
user cna be specified by adding the 'id predict to the shortcode..

Very easy to use. directly to the number install activate and then place the shortcodes wherever you please to view the user meta data..
I needed way to create link to the user's buddypress spotlight editing page with having to dig from code..
