Upload the users-custom-posts-count plugin via admin panel or copy the folder to your wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Choose Custom Post Type you want to use on the 1.
Extract the zip file and just drop the in the wp-content plugins directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the plugin from Plugins page..
