Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress...
It's probably because you have cloned drafted tab from Global Tabs table listing.
When you clone the unique field ID of the tab remains the same and as it is unique it will fail to be listed in Global Tabs product edit screen.
Deletion happens at HTML DOM level within the Product backend page i.e. it is soft delete.
If you leave it whitewash the tab will not be not be displayed in the frontend...
