Download the plugin & install it to your wp-content plugins folder.
It's mystery why it was removed WooCommerce 3.
I was missing this after the upgrade to WooCommerce 3.
I relied on this feature to scan orders and see who ordered what so I'm I can do this again.
Not sure why woocommerce decided to remove that column, it was superuseful.
WC Restore Purchased Items Column in Orders Page is open software.
