Upload the plugin files to the wp-content plugins wdv-mailchimp-ajax` directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
In your WordPress administration, go to the Plugins page..
Activate WDV MailChimp Ajax plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Appearance > Widgets and place the widget.
