Go to WordPress admin then go to Plugins > Add new > Upload..
Upload and active the plugin and you are ready to go....
Upload the plugin to server plugin directory and make sure you don't upload the zip file...
Then go back to WordPress admin and go to Plugins > Installed Plugins..
If you effectively upload the You will find WEXT Woocommerce Product Tab here...
Active the plugin and you are ready to go.....
When you go to plugin setting page you will find change setting board read the field help text and set the application as your need.....
