By default this %category% is selected automatically using ID in the subject your post is assigned to more than books.
The category is shown in bold on 'Posts List page and 'Post Edit page..
Pick the books you'd name to have for the permalink..
There are plugins that let you do away with having the books like in the completely but WordPress does not recommend it because of its structure and I think best to have categories in the links of products..
Is the version of the plugin longer work for Woocommerce.....
Couldn't get the app to work posted number on wordpress. org and the dev helped me sort it out the first day. highly reccomend the plugin works no problem....

Fix The permalink below the title was showing warning even though the books has been picked with version of the plugin..
Add Permalink shown under the title of the list can be disabled in the application.
