After your install this plugin when visitors post comments in blog they will get VIP Rank from the number of comments they have posted..
They 7 VIP Ranks from VIP 1 to VIP 7 from this plugin.
And you can only set all limit number in the application page..
If you have created your own language cram or have update of present one you can send gettext PO and MO issues to Arefly so that I can bundle it WP Comments VIP.
To upgrade from version of this plugin delete the folder and issues from the version of the plugin and then follow the introduction employment below..
Extract all files from ZIP file making sure to keep the file structure intact and then upload it to wp-content plugins..

Remove Function of Owner Mark and you need to install WP Owner Mark you also need it....
