They advertise brightly that their plugins are highly customizable and not hard to make exactly how you want it but it couldn't be further from the difference.

Let me start by saying I have installed and configured hundreds of plugins over the years and I'm very experienced in dealing with eCommerce and Payment Gateways.
I bought and installed Invoice and Stripe Gateway plugins and the two wouldn't talk to each properly.
After discovering that they only have forums for support I started reading other posts and sunk as I read post when post of unfortunate customers being treated name shit and when they demanded refunds politely need.
Anyway. when I posted the I was getting which was clear what the problem was their response was.
First that's big no-no in your book especially as reply I'm not about to post that information on forum.
It supervisory from there and basically need to help accused me of not knowing how to configure plugin and ended up with me demanding penalty or I will initiate charge-back with your credit company.
