To install the plugin you can either use the built in installer in WordPress or install the plugin manually..
Go to Plugins => Add New => and search for WP Date Remover.
Upload WP Date Remover to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins in WordPress.
Select the categories you want to hide time and date in.
