Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the checker plugin from 'Plugins in WordPress..
Select you package get API key and authenticate it from Settings > Email Checker....
What happens if the email recheck server is down..
In case of verification continue to work as normal.
There won't be any interuption for submission in your site.....
