The WP Facebook Comments plugin lets people comment on content on using Facebook account.
People can choose to share their comment activity with their friends and friends of their friends Facebook as well.
Also you can moderate the comments using Facebook tools..

Upload gs-facebook-comments folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins menu in WordPress.
