Upload the google-plus-author to WP plugin folder wp-content plugins directory.
Go to Wodpress Admin Panel > Users > Your Profile and Fill Your Google Profile URL and Your Name..
Get link back from Google Plus Profile..
Click Contributor To stretch on the center and then double-click Add custom link.
