WP NextGen Gallery Search. plugin will enable search configuration for your nextgen all gallery.. this plugin works for version of nextgen gallery..
In version of the plugin it will only search in champion of the gallery in version of the plugin it will search all fields name terms tag etc.. and it will work for version of nextgen gallery too..
Manage Nextgen Gallery Search in Admin Panel. you just need to reply your nextgen gallery..

My suggestion would be to expand it to search more than one key word at time e.g. 'boy man....
