Once you have installed and activated the plugin you can go ahead and try inserting link WordPress from the shop hole.
The plugin automatically shift it to the shortlink...
Log in to WordPress dashboard browse to the Plugins menu and double-click Add New.
In the search field type WP Shortlinker and double-click Search Plugins.
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
DO NOT shift the name of the wp-shortlinker folder..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress....
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
This is the first release of the plugin.......
