Simply add anchors links inside your content.
Shortcode is added from button in Wisiwig.
After your need to create inside site with #your id for the href link.
Plugins Edit post to add the shortcode....
Upload the plugin wp-simple-anchors-links issues to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the wp-simple-anchors-links plugin from 'Plugins in WordPress..
Include the shortcode where you want wire links to be displayed....
