Timezones automatically need by WP TimeZone plugin....
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate WP TimeZone through 'Plugins in WordPress.
If WP TimeZone needs to be installed on multisite it can also be placed in 'mu-plugins..
On WordPress 4.8 this plugin not really work is best on my WordPpess 3.6 installation..
Is planned any update or is discontinued.....

Added patch for posted file where planned posts missed their schedule then since timezone changed from CEST to CET.
