Allowes the users to create inside text that inaugurates the whack share page.
Custom share text and hashtags acan be added to each posts pages using the meta box on the side on the director screen.
To make phrase into link warp it around the shortcodes..

If there's text set it'll use the post page title...
Upload thewp-tweet-me folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Go to Settings -> WP Tweet Me settings page and set User like.
Edit Add post and add custom share taxt and or hashtags....
