WP Upstream listens to your actions within WordPress admin and will trigger commit any time you * install plugin or theme * update core, plugin or theme * bulk update plugins or themes * delete plugin or theme.
In for the plugin to work, you need to set up Git your WordPress directory and configure it properly.
WP UPSTREAM GIT PATH define this if you need to override the path to the git command.
WP UPSTREAM AUTOMATIC PUSH define this with true if you always want your commits to be pushed immediately.
Either download the plugin from within your WordPress site, or download it manually and then upload the entire wp-upstream folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress..
new item 'WP Upstream in the top right of the bar will notify you about the current status of WP Upstream...
