This is very basic plugin that picks 'Preferred emails from the ' Connections Business Directory Plugins table where member status is not 'Unlisted and sends mail out using PHP mail function..
Based on your 'Max Execution Limit of 30 seconds, the plugin is designed to send 12 emails per minute..
Navigate to Add New sub-page under the Plugins admin page..
The plugin should be listed first in the search results..
Lastly click Activate Plugin link to activate the plugin...
Download the plugin zip file and save it to your computer..
Upload the files from the folder extracted Step 2..
Activate the plugin on the Plugins admin page...
