It will display custom prohibit message when IP IP range host like or referrer url that tries to visit you blog.
I spent more of time creating updating maintaining and supporting these plugins if you really love your plugins and will spare me couple of bucks I will really appreciate it.
Go to WP-Admin -> Settings -> Ban to configure the plugin...

For whatever reasons I will get this plugin to work.
Ended up having to remove the plugin since the page broke as result of defect in the recent update.....
Does it only track the Banned IPs or does it also track Banned Referers.....
